The Vahana Pro communication stick is as lightweight as possible while retaining the weight and rigidity needed to act as a natural extension of your arm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The materials used are chosen to provide both lightness and durability. High-performance silicone advantageously replaces leather and plastic for the handle and tip of the stick. For the stick we used a stronger fiberglass rod that allowed us to shave off weight too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a training stick used for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A true extension of the arm, it allows you to indicate to the horse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • to mobilise specific parts of its body: the forehand, the hindquarters<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • the gaits: inter and intra-gait variations, halt and rein-back<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • steering: lateral movements, aspiration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • energy: mobilisation when the human puts energy into their body, or relaxation and stillness when the human handles the stick with a neutral and relaxed intention in their body<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
